Welcome to the Registrar Services Portal
The Office of the Registrar had moved many of the web-based forms into a workflow solution, ThinkSmart. No longer do you need to collect signatures. The system will route the submitted forms to the next person to take action until it ends up in the Associate Dean's Office where it is then sent to the Office of the Registrar for processing.
Students and faculty sign into ThinkSmart with their network credentials. Once in, you choose the action you want to take and its form will be presented to you. Student data are printed at the top and reflect the official program you see in PROWL. You will not be able to change these. Each form has its own direction built into the workflow. Please pay attention to these as you move through the form. If something does not work correctly for you, document the problem in an email to HelpDesk@lmu.edu. They have a designated group of those who handle ThinkSmart forms. Students have been using the system already and more than 10,000 forms have been processed in ThinkSmart. The list of ThinkSmart forms will grow each month.
What do I need to know?
In a change from the old forms processing, students will submit their own forms. Below are instructional videos on how to submit them. Advisors and Associate Deans' Offices cannot submit these on your behalf; only you can. Faculty will have their own set of forms not accessible by students.
Degree Audit Adjustments are submitted on your behalf by your advisor. Consult your advisor to discuss the changes you would like to request. The advisor will submit the DAA form on your behalf.

Your dashboard is your homepage where you submit a form and watch it flows through the stops. This will also show you where the form is in the signature approval process.
