  • Change of Academic Program (adding/dropping major, minor or concentration). Graduate students should contact their program director.

  • Exception to University Policy (supporting documentation must be provided)
  • Extension of Incomplete
  • Late Add Course
  • Leave of Absence / Withdrawal - including medical
  • Time Conflict
  • Transfer Course Review
  • Unit Adjustment — Late
  • Unit Overload

Degree Audit Adjustments: Students who wish to request a degree audit adjustment must see their advisors.  On behalf of students, advisors or GR program directors initiate the process for a degree audit adjustment at the same Portal.

Applications for Degree are made through PROWL.
